If you MUST write 'Gothic' poetry, try and look beyond broken dolls and frozen tears and bloody black roses, ok, because they've been going for about two centuries now and frankly, Deviantart is slowly filling up with them. If you have to use them, put an original twist on them, or you'll sound like a clone periodically regurgitating bits of Cradle of Filth lyric once in a while...

Surgical spirit takes stray red hair dye off of your skin and a lot of other surfaces, except probably the ones you want to clean, like the bathroom tiles.

Carry a small notebook with you WHEREVER you go, and always have something to write in it with (blood, eyeliner, spit, mud, lipstick..). That is the golden rule.

Always rape Dani Filth if you get the chance. Some midget-sized handcuffs and two glasses of drugged absinthe ought to do it.
